2Eligibility

- You must operate a valid Shopify store.
- You must provide accurate registration information.

3Services provided
ZS B2B Gateway provides wholesale management tools for Shopify merchants including:
- Wholesale registration forms
- Customer approval workflows
- Customer segmentation and tagging
- B2B pricing and discount automation
- Email notifications and integrations
We may modify or improve the service at any time to enhance functionality, security, or performance.
4Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify account and related credentials.
- Do not share your credentials with unauthorized users.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You remain responsible for all actions performed through your account.
5Billing and subscription
Certain features may require a paid subscription through Shopify billing.
- Charges are processed through Shopify.
- Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
Refunds are provided only where required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
6Acceptable use policy
You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in activities that harm the service or other users.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
- Do not upload malicious software or scripts.
- Do not abuse APIs, servers, or infrastructure.

All software, branding, designs, documentation, and platform assets remain the exclusive property of Zilancer LLC.

You may uninstall the App and discontinue use at any time through your Shopify admin.
9Disclaimer of warranties

- We do not guarantee error-free operation.
- We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilancer LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Loss of data or service interruptions
- Third-party platform failures including Shopify outages
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous 12 months.

- Material changes may be communicated via email or dashboard notifications.
- Continued use of the App means you accept the revised terms.
