Install & configure permissions
Add ZS B2B Gateway from the Shopify App Store. Approve the requested scopes — you'll need protected customer data access for application processing.

Customize your application form
Open Form Builder. Edit the default fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Company). Add any custom fields your business needs — business type, tax ID, estimated annual volume. Set your brand colors.

Review & customize email templates
Open Settings → Email templates. Edit the application received, approval, and rejection emails. Use template variables to personalize each one. Test send to yourself.

Set up your first pricing rule (optional)
Open Pricing → Create rule. Set up a tag-based discount like "25% off all products for customers tagged 'wholesale'". Save it — the app auto-creates a matching Shopify discount.

Publish & test
Hit Publish in Form Builder. Visit your storefront, click the floating "Apply for Wholesale" button, and submit a test application. Approve it from the admin and confirm the customer receives the email.
